Cancellation Policy

Non Oblitus Gym – Booking & Cancellation Policy General Booking Policy This policy applies to all booked services at Non Oblitus Gym, including personal training, yoga classes, and tanning services. By booking an appointment or class, clients acknowledge and agree to the following terms. Booking Requirements All sessions must be booked in advance through our booking system or directly with staff. Bookings are available to active members, non members and registered clients. Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any booking. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or no-shows, will result in a $10 fee applied to the client’s account. The cancellation fee applies regardless of the reason, including missed appointments. Late Arrivals Clients who arrive late may have their session shortened to respect the next scheduled booking. Late arrivals do not qualify for refunds or rescheduling. If a client arrives too late to safely or reasonably complete the session, it may be considered a no-show and subject to the $10 fee. Class Capacity & Attendance Yoga classes and group sessions have limited capacity. If you are unable to attend, please cancel early to allow another member to take your spot. Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions. Tanning Appointments Tanning sessions must be booked in advance. Missed or late cancellations follow the same 24-hour cancellation policy. Clients must follow all posted tanning safety guidelines. Fees & Account Charges Cancellation and no-show fees are automatically added to the client’s account. Outstanding fees must be settled before future bookings may be approved. Policy Acknowledgement By booking a service at Non Oblitus Gym, clients confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking & Cancellation Policy. Non Oblitus Gym reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
